Impulse Test Prep provides exam-preparation content for EMS certification examinations (EMR, EMT, AEMT, Paramedic), including practice questions, rationales, adaptive mock exams, notecards, progress tracking, and study aids.
The Service is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NREMT®. The Service is for educational and test-preparation purposes only, is not medical advice, and does not guarantee any examination or certification result. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information; keep it current. Notify us of any unauthorized use. Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own exam prep. You may not: copy, scrape, screenshot for distribution, record, resell, sublicense, or publicly post Service content; share your account; reverse engineer the Service; circumvent the watermarking/anti-copying measures; or use the Service to build a competing product. Content is protected by copyright; violations may be unlawful and will result in termination.
All Service content and software are owned by the Company or its licensors. "Impulse Test Prep" and our logos are our trademarks. "NREMT" and other marks are the property of their respective owners.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, current, or uninterrupted, or that it will result in passing any exam.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any exam/certification outcome or clinical decision. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (including content theft/sharing). You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email; continued use means acceptance.
